New Settlement Technologies Inc. (“t-0”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides application programming interfaces (APIs) that enable fiat–stablecoin transactions.

t-0 Partners

We work with third-party service providers that support our operations, including identity verification providers (such as Sumsub for KYC/KYB), hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics services, marketing and advertising partners, payment processors, security and fraud prevention vendors, communications providers, and professional advisors. These providers may access Personal Information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Business Transfers
If t-0 or its affiliates are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. If such a transfer materially affects your Personal Information, we will provide notice as required by law.

Some information may be retained in backup systems or archives where deletion is not immediately feasible.

2.6 Managing Communication Preferences
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications or by contacting us. Opt-out requests may take up to ten (10) business days to process.
You may also disable push notifications through your device settings if you no longer wish to receive them.

Registered Users
Registered users may access, update, or correct their account information by logging into their account.
Information Provided by Customers About Third Parties
If we process Personal Information about individuals on behalf of our customers (such as payees), requests to access, correct, or delete such information should be directed to the relevant customer. We will assist as required by law.
2.8 Third-Party Websites and Services
This Privacy Policy applies only to t-0’s Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, applications, or services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
2.9 Do Not Track Signals
“Do Not Track” (DNT) is a browser setting that signals preferences regarding tracking. At this time, we do not respond to DNT signals.
2.10 Children Under 13
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
2.11 California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). These include the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, as well as the right to non-discrimination.
We do not sell Personal Information and do not knowingly sell or share Personal Information of individuals under 16. We may share information for cross-contextual advertising and analytics purposes as permitted by law.

2.12 Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
