SOC 2 Type II

t-0 Network has completed a SOC 2 Type II examination covering the AICPA Trust Services Criteria for Security. New Settlement Technologies Inc., operator of t-0 Network, was examined for the period April 21, 2026 to July 21, 2026. Independent auditor Advantage Partners issued an unqualified opinion with no exceptions noted.

Security practices

Our security program covers infrastructure, access controls, and continuous monitoring across the settlement network.

Infrastructure and encryption

Hosted on Google Cloud Platform in Frankfurt (europe-west3). TLS encryption for all connections, with GCP-managed encryption at rest for databases and backups.

Access control

Single sign-on with enforced multi-factor authentication for all internal systems, role-based least-privilege access, periodic access reviews, and prompt deprovisioning. Provider API calls are authenticated by cryptographic signature.

Monitoring and testing

Centralized logging with an immutable audit trail, 24/7 on-call incident response, automated dependency and static-analysis scanning, and annual third-party penetration testing.
